Returns & Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 3 days.

If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

When are ‘Returns’ not possible?

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unwashed with all tags still attached.
Original full packaging must be included in the same condition as received.
Returns and exchanges must be REQUESTED within 72 hours after receiving the order.
Returns/Exchange shipping's fees will be detected from the customer.
Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. combining orders will slow down the refund process.

Any Returns that do not meet or policy will not be accepted.
